We take our time to make sure your orders are done correctly! Processing, packaging, and shipping for orders typically takes up to 10 business days. Most times, we ship much sooner. Delays can occur, due to the manufacturer, holidays, etc. Internationally shipped orders may take longer depending on the destination. All orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 priority shipping. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation goes to the email address you entered in the checkout. If it is missing, double check your spam folder and add info@biyond.net to your contact book for future purchases. If it’s still missing, chances are there was something wrong with the order. Contact our customer service team and we’ll sort it out for you.
We want you to love your BIYOND purchase! We will gladly accept returns ONLY within 7 days of purchase. Please contact info@biyond.net within 7 days of purchase for help with your return. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will only accept items in the same condition as you received them: unworn and with originals labels still attached.
